Truck C.E.O. is in an early trial with a few companies. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Free for trucking companies
Trucking companies do not pay to use Truck C.E.O.
Your records
Your company's records are yours. You are responsible for what you and your people enter, and for having the right to enter drivers' details. Truck C.E.O. keeps them safe and private as the Privacy page describes.
Not legal or insurance advice
Truck C.E.O. helps you keep track of paperwork and deadlines and explains rules in plain words. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace FMCSA, your state, your insurer or your insurance agent. Check anything important with them. Safety scores shown are Truck C.E.O.'s estimates from FMCSA's public data, not FMCSA's official figures.
Support may see and change your records
To help you, Truck C.E.O.'s support staff may open and change your company's records, one company at a time, for a limited time, after giving a reason. Every visit and change is recorded.
Insurance quotes
When you ask agencies for quotes, you choose what each one sees. Agencies are independent of Truck C.E.O. and contact you directly; any insurance you buy is between you, the agency and the insurer.
Use it fairly
Do not try to reach another company's records, share your sign-in, or overload the service.
